Uno de nuestros objetivos principales es la enseñanza rigurosa del conocimiento de las Terapias Contextuales en habla hispana. Gran parte de los avances científicos de los procesos que subyacen al cambio clínico del modelo están disponibles en inglés y con la usual jerga académica normativa. El curso ha sido muy útil principalmente de cara a la aplicación clínica, ya que te da la base para saber de que está hecha la rumia, cómo se forma y, más importante aún, identificar los «Big Ones» para ir a la raíz del patrón. Te ofrecen las estrategias para poder intervenir directamente ahí, esto permite que los resultados sean más rápidos en prevenir las conductas inflexibles de manera que se notan rápidamente los cambios en la forma de funcionar del paciente.

CONTEXTUALISMO FUNCIONAL: ANÁLISIS FUNCIONAL DE LA CONDUCTA HUMANAClase online: 17 de septiembre de 2025

1. La perspectiva contextual. Evolución, cultura y la condición humana. Cognición, lenguaje y los problemas psicológicos.

2. Abordando la conducta y la cognición humana desde la raíz. Análisis funcional de la conducta y los avances desde la Teoría del Marco Relacional (TMR) en conducta compleja.

 

IMPLICACIONES EN PSICOPATOLOGÍA Y TERAPIA(S) CONTEXTUAL(ES)

3. La génesis y el desarrollo de problemas psicológicos: la inflexibilidad psicológica desde la TMR. Cómo el conocimiento avanzado del funcionamiento de la conducta humana permite una comprensión profunda que sitúa las bases para una intervención eficaz.

4. Las Terapias Contextuales y el ajuste a los procesos de cambio investigados: revisión de la base funcional-contextual en las principales terapias contextuales. Lo común y lo diferente entre ellas según los procesos de cambio validados.

5. La terapia contextual basada en procesos con mayor evidencia empírica: la terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT) desde la TMR. Marco general de la intervención y las tres estrategias centrales más actualizadas:

  • Análisis funcional del patrón desde la TMR, exploración de los Big Ones (o reglas inflexibles más rígidas), y comenzar a discriminar la la conducta inflexible en la sesión. Estableciendo la dirección de la intervención.
  • Exploración de valor/es y del significado/s personal/es para el cambio. Amplificación y fomentando la elección conductual.
  • Defusion: Alterando el patrón problemático de las reglas inflexibles más rígidas. Defusion y el manejo eficaz de las claves.
